Registration Information

Welcome to the Lawrence Swim Team! This
information is a summary of the Online Registration Documents
included when registering for the Lawrence Swim Team. If you
have questions after reviewing this information, please
contact us by selecting the Contact button on the gray bar
at the top of the website.
The
Online Registration Process includes the
following:
I.
LST Online Registration (Basic
Information): Include address, e-mail(s), and
phone numbers. Ensure that the Insurance and Guardian
tabs are filled out completely. ALL swimmers are REQUIRED
to have this information on file PRIOR to attending practice.
II.
Waiver/Release of Liability - required by USA &
Indiana Swimming
III. Financial
Commitment: Two Payment
Options to choose from: pay the fees in Full or in Ten
equal monthly payments (with an initial down payment).
Discounts of 10% or 5% are offered when paying
in full by check/cash or by credit card, respectively.
Families must be current in
payments for swimmers to participate. Please contact us if
you require special payment arrangements. We will do our best
to work out a plan that works for
you!
IV. Cancellation
Policy
Once registered, an email confirmation
will be sent to the e-mail address provided that will include login
information to access your personal profile on our
website. This is our primary way to communicate with you so
PLEASE ensure this information is accurate
and up to date at all times.
